How does it work?

Plug it into a normal wall socket, slide both feet into the fur-lined opening, and switch it on with the buttons on the side of the base. There's no battery and nothing to charge.

What size is it?

One size, unisex, roomy enough for both feet at once, even in thick socks. There's no sizing to get wrong, which is why it works well as a gift.

What plug does it have?

A US-style plug, which fits standard wall sockets in Canada and the US.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days and typically arrive in 12–20 business days. It ships from our partner warehouse overseas, so please allow the full window, especially in November and December when carriers are slower.

When should I order for Christmas?

Order by 20 November to give it the best chance of arriving before Christmas. We can't guarantee a delivery date, because that depends on the postal carrier.

Is shipping free?

Yes. Shipping is free on every order, with no minimum spend.

Can I return it?

Yes. You have 30 days from delivery. For a change of mind it needs to be unused and in its original packaging, and return postage is yours. If it arrives faulty, damaged or wrong, email us a photo and we'll replace or refund it. Usually you won't need to send it back. See our refund policy for the full details.

Is it safe to leave on?

Treat it like any mains-powered heating product: switch it off and unplug it when you're not using it, keep it dry, and don't use it under blankets or while you're asleep. It isn't suitable for children, or for anyone who can't feel heat properly in their feet.

How do I clean it?

Unplug it first. Spot-clean the velour and fur with a damp cloth and let it air-dry completely before plugging it back in. Don't put it in a washing machine.
