Free shipping on every order

Shipping is free on every order, with no minimum spend.

Processing and delivery times

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Your foot warmer ships from our overseas partner warehouse, and delivery typically takes 12–20 business days after dispatch. These are estimates, not guarantees — busy seasons, customs and carrier delays can occasionally add time.

Ordering for Christmas

To be confident of arrival before Christmas, please order by 20 November.

Tracking

You'll receive an email with a tracking number once your order ships. Tracking can take a few days to show movement. If it hasn't updated for 7 days, or your order hasn't arrived within 30 business days, email us and we'll chase it with the carrier and put it right.

Duties and taxes

Depending on your country, your order may be subject to import duties or taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can't be responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address entered by the customer, but email us quickly and we'll try to update it before dispatch.

Lost or damaged parcels

If your parcel is confirmed lost, or arrives damaged, we'll send a replacement or refund you in full.
